• Neon Inc. (database).
• Cloudflare, Inc. (storage for the photos users add).

3. Intellectual property

The site, its structure, design, text and code are the property of the publisher unless stated otherwise. Any reproduction or representation, in whole or in part, without authorisation is prohibited.

The MyEzCollect name and logo belong to the publisher.

4. Third-party trademarks and visuals

To show the collecting categories it supports, this site mentions game, licence and brand names (Pokémon, Yu-Gi-Oh!, Magic, Lorcana, One Piece, Funko Pop…). The visuals used on the site and in the demo are original creations, with no third-party brand.

These names are registered trademarks and/or copyrighted works, the property of their respective publishers and rights holders (among others Nintendo, Creatures Inc., Game Freak, Konami, Wizards of the Coast, Disney, Bandai, Riot Games, Funko LLC). In the app, the card and product images offered by search come from public databases (TCGdex, Scryfall…) and remain the property of their rights holders.

MyEzCollect is an independent personal collection management tool. It is not published, sponsored or endorsed by any of these companies. These names are mentioned solely for descriptive purposes, to show the kind of items the app lets you catalogue, and imply no partnership.

Any rights holder who wants a visual removed can write to contact@kapinfo.fr; the request will be handled promptly.

How personal data (accounts, collections, photos) is processed is detailed in our privacy policy.

6. Links to other sites

MyEzCollect may link to third-party sites (card databases, marketplaces) to enrich your item entries. The publisher is not responsible for the content of these external sites, which it does not control.

7. Limitation of liability

Estimated values shown in the app are indicative, calculated from public pricing sources. They are not an appraisal, a commitment to buy or sell, or investment advice.

The publisher strives to keep the information on this site accurate, without guaranteeing it is entirely free of error.

8. Governing law

This legal notice is governed by French law. Absent an amicable resolution, disputes fall under the jurisdiction of the French courts.
