Delete your account

You can delete your MyEzCollect account at any time, straight from the app. Deletion is immediate and permanent.

How to do it

1. 1Sign in to your account.
2. 2Open the Account tab.
3. 3Tap Delete my account, then type your email address to confirm.

What gets erased

• •Your account and sign-in credentials
• •All your collections and the items in them
• •The photos you uploaded
• •Your collection value history
• •Your active sessions, on every device

Nothing is kept after deletion, and no grace period applies. If you cannot access your account, email contact@kapinfo.fr from the address linked to it and the deletion will be carried out within 30 days.
